Economic Outlook and Leasing Trends

Commercial real estate leasing trends have a significant impact on the business of real estate industry service providers. The economic outlook for the industry and key metrics related to leasing trends influence factors like the demand for specialized services; space utilization and design; technology integration; sustainability and energy-efficient initiatives; and the general need for products and services supporting real estate properties and their tenants. During this program, our subject matter experts will review these trends and advise how service partners can navigate the business and sales environment regardless of what the future holds.
