Regardless of our position or title in our business environments, we are always selling something. It may be an idea, a new facility, and an upgrade to an existing facility, or perhaps a concept, a product, or a service. How we approach each targeted audience is critical for developing effective communications and ultimately insure our success. This workshop will examine various communications styles targeted to different audiences, to include:
- A brief look at our diverse and evolving employee base
- Recognizing different behavioral and communications styles
- Effective techniques for targeting your communications to each of those audiences
- A simulated business project utilizing these techniques, with a fun debriefing to follow
