Brad Skidmore is a Partner with Cohen Pollock Merlin &
Small, P.C. with over 30 years of experience litigating commercial real estate
and business transactions. He primarily serves as outside counsel and works
with real estate owners and investors across the country to advise on the transaction,
development, financing and management of properties of all kinds. Among his
most frequent clients are private health care companies, hospital systems and individual
providers who utilize his skill set and insight to develop and manage health care
properties. He also often represents entities in negotiation with government at
all levels to permit, develop and operate projects, particularly those seeking
to utilize the benefits of public-private partnerships and tax credits. He
received his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, as well as an
undergraduate degree from Emory University in Chemistry, for which he was recognized as a
Robert W. Woodruff Merit Scholar.

Jason Deloney is a Senior Associate with Realty Trust Group. He has more than 12 years of experience in real estate, and currently oversees all leasing and marketing activities for more than 700,000 square feet of medical office space in Georgia, including 580,000 square feet for Northside Hospital in Atlanta. In addition to specializing in leasing and marketing, he also performs site inspections, property valuations and project management for construction projects. He regularly provides advisory support to healthcare systems and executive boards and completed nearly $30 million in leasing transactions in the last three years alone. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
