Nicholas Baggett, Natural Resource Manager, Lake Sidney Lanier

Baggett's career began with the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Park Ranger at Lake Sidney Lanier in 1991. He served with the US Army Corps of Engineers in various capacities from 2001 to 2010 and rReturned to Lake Lanier in 2010 to serve as the Natural Resource Manager. In he role, Bagget is responsible for a variety of natural resource programs that include: public safety, public property protection, park management,  shoreline management, fish and wildlife management, soil conservation, forestry and vegetation management, fire protection, cultural resources protection, and encroachment resolution on public lands. He oversees a staff of 23 Federal Park Rangers that include three main divisions: Park Management, Shoreline Management, and Natural Resources/Environmental Compliance.

This seminar has been approved for three CE credits.
