Building Engineering 201 takes a deeper dive into building operations and maintenance education and is ideal for graduates of BOMA Georgia's Building Engineering 101® course–now Foundations of Building Engineering. This course is also suited for building engineers with a more advanced knowledge of the building engineering field. The six-day course is taught over six, consecutive weeks and includes information about accounting and reporting; construction management; emergency preparedness; building sales; capital investments and improvements; and high-performance building systems.

All classes are scheduled on Fridays between May 31 to July 12 (no class July 5). The class location varies weekly and is emailed to attendees in advance of the program. Class hours are from 8:30 until 11:30 a.m.

June 21 - Surviving a Building Sale
June 28 - Capital Investments and Improvements
July 12 - High-Performance Building Systems
