BOMA Technical Organization (BTO) Quarterly Luncheons bring together building engineers and others interested in the technical aspects of properly maintaining commercial properties. Each luncheon includes educational coverage of a topic important to the industry. To maximize attendance, each luncheon is held twice at different locations.

The programs are scheduled to begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. and last one hour. Please arrive early.

What to consider when undertaking a parking deck restoration; selling the budget to management.

SPEAKERS:

Scott L. Weiland, PE, president of Innovative Engineering, Inc.
has over 36 years’ experience in the building design and construction industry with over 20 years of expertise gained in the design and renovation of parking structures. He has received specialized training in restoration engineering (forensics) and has authored numerous articles on the subject.

Evan A. Moore, PE, Project Engineer for Innovative Engineering Inc., has over 8 years’ experience in structural and restoration (forensics) engineering of commercial buildings, building facades and parking structures. His expertise has been the basis of frequent speaking engagements for organizations such as American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and International Concrete Repair Institute, Inc. (ICRI). He serves as a board member for ICRI.
