The 2019 TOBY & Association Awards Luncheon will recognize individuals for their contributions to BOMA Georgia and the larger commercial real estate industry, as well as honoring buildings that are best in their class. You will see your colleagues recognized for their accomplishments and learn what it takes to manage an award-winning building. Winners of the 2018 Association Awards and the 2019 TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards will become featured BOMA Legends and become a part of BOMA's Legacy.

The BOMA Georgia Foundation advances real estate education and research and is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and contributions are deductible as charitable contributions under the law. Since the foundation was created, it has awarded over 200 scholarships, conducted five research projects, and released one white paper.
