TOBY Entrant Workshop and Kickoff

Have you been dancing around with the idea of entering one of your real estate properties into The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards?
 
The Georgia real estate market is filled with some of the highest performing buildings in the country, and many are just waiting to make their mark.  New construction, renovated classic or green showcase, there is a category for you!
 
The local TOBY Awards focus on best practices in the operations and management of buildings. Entering only requires the participant to complete a short intent to enter form, submit their entry fee and complete the online application. While there will still be a building inspection tour, it will only require that the entered building meet BOMA International's standards in order to pass.
 
The new program encourages entrants to compete based on the strength of their application. For BOMA Georgia's local TOBY winners, the application-based program will allow them to quickly and effectively provide their information in the regional and international competition because it has already been completed at the local level.
 
This workshop will review the steps for entry, the inspection process and the building requirements for each type of property.  Attend and find out how easy it is to enter your property!
