With summer quickly approaching, we are easily tempted to check out and put our client and prospective client relationships on autopilot before we fully reengage with customers in the fall. However, these next few months are crucial for your property manager and building engineer customers as they enter budget season. This Allied Member Resource Group program will review the “crucial conversations” that real estate industry service partners should be having with their customers as they prepare for their budget season. Topics include how to prepare for RFPs; advising your client on budget considerations for their contracts and services; and how to be helpful, but not intrusive as your customers enter one of their most stressful times of the year.
