High-Performance Sustainable Building Investments delivers the strategies needed for building a business case for high-performance investments. You will practice bundling social, environmental, and economic factors, fully integrating all facets of the triple bottom line. By leveraging analysis tools such as ROI, NPV, and IRR, you will be equipped to promote and gain buy-in for sustainability and high performance investment projects.

Important Update about Coursebooks:  As of February 2021, BOMI has made the decision that all students enrolled in BOMI classes will receive a digital course book (eBook) with their enrollment. To access the book, students will need to use an eReader on their computer, tablet, smartphone or other smart device.

Order a Printed Book: For an additional $69 charge, students that wish to receive a physical book can add the item to their registration.  The book will be available the first day of the course.
