Budgeting is an essential component of any successful company or operation. This seminar will provide an overview of budgeting best practices for CRE to give participants a comprehensive understanding of practical budgeting knowledge and skills. This program will review the importance of budgeting literacy for financial management, tips on how to leverage technology for better budgeting techniques, and more.

Instructor: Jennifer Corbitt

Jennifer Corbitt is a General Manager with CBRE in Atlanta. Her current portfolio consists of One Class A office tower at Atlantic Station and The Biltmore Office Building totaling 642,801 square feet. Ms. Corbitt’s responsibilities include daily oversight of the buildings, including operations, budget and staffing, oversight and enhancement of the tenant relations programs and oversight of all capital projects.  

Ms. Corbitt joined CBRE in 2011 from Carter & Associates. During her tenure with Carter & Associates, Ms. Corbitt served as General Manager. Her clients have included AT&T, Post Apartment Homes, USAA, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, King & Spalding, GE Real Estate Services, AETNA Real Estate Services, CBRE Global Investors, KBS, Healthcare Trust of America, Georgia Tech Foundation and Kennesaw State University Foundation. 
 
While working with CBRE, Ms. Corbitt and her team have achieved LEED Gold EB Certifications, BOMA 360 Designations, and Energy Star Certifications in the Atlantic Station office tower. The building was also awarded local and regional TOBY awards in 2014 and 2015.
