The BOMA Georgia Foundation advances real estate education and research and is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and contributions are deductible as charitable contributions under the law. Since the foundation was created, it has awarded over 500 scholarships, conducted 12 research projects and white papers.
