Cancellation Policies for BOMA Events

Designation Programs:

BOMI Courses – Full refund up to earlier of 2 weeks before start of class or until book is shipped; 50% refund if cancellation within 2 weeks of start date; no refunds after class starts.

PM 101 – Full refund up to 2 weeks before start date; 50% refund for cancellations between two weeks out and the day prior to program start; There are no refunds after class starts. Substitutions permitted, but only for all days of class.
PM 201 – Full refund up to 2 weeks before start date; 50% refund for cancellations between two weeks out and the day prior to program start; There are no refunds after class starts. Substitutions not permitted.
BE 101 – Full refund up to 2 weeks before start date; 50% refund for cancellations between two weeks out and the day prior to program start; There are no refunds after class starts. Substitutions permitted, but only for all days of class.
Commercial HVAC Course – Full refund up to 2 weeks before start date; 50% refund for cancellations between two weeks out and the day prior to program start; There are no refunds after class starts.

Green Real Estate Network SIG Events – Full refund up to one week before breakfast; no refunds after. Substitutions not permitted.
Medical Office Building SIG Events – Full refund up to one week before breakfast; no refunds after. Substitutions not permitted.
Young Professional SIG Events – Full refund up to one week before event; no refunds after.

BOMA Luncheons – Full refund up to one week before event; no refunds after. Substitutions for member-to-member and non-member-to-non-member registrations are permitted up to one week before the event. No sub-stitutions are permitted for member to non-member registrations. No substitutions are permitted the day of the event.
BTO Breakfast – Full refund up to one week before event; no refunds after.
BTO Lunches – Full refund up to one week before event; no refunds after; no penalty for transfer from one lunch to another in same month.

LEED Classes – Full refund up to 2 weeks before start date; 50% refund for cancellations between two weeks and one week prior to program start; There are no refunds after one week prior to the program start.
Other Seminars - Full refund up to 2 weeks before start date; 50% refund for cancellations between two weeks and one week prior to program start; There are no refunds after one week prior to the program start.

No refunds for cancellations between two weeks out and the day prior to program.

No cancellations or refunds will be issued 30 days or fewer from the date of event.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the event will be subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee.
Substitutions can be made at any time.
Companies may not transfer a foursome or sponsorship to any company at any time.

Those who cancel within 30 days of the event will be charged a 50 percent cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee applies to both singles and teams.
Substitutions can be made at any time.

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registrations occurring less than two weeks out will incur a late registration fee.
